Booking & Cancellation Procedure
1. To join our program please book early. We recommend you to book couple of weeks before the desired
time.
2. Call directly to our office, send fax or e-mail us to make sure that you get all information you need
and are recorded in our booking list.
3. Ask for our written confirmation via fax or e-mail as your guarantee of availability.
4. Make full payment or deposit (25% of programs rate) according to our invoice statement.
5. Final payment should be made 14 days before the program start.
6. Call us soon if you change your plan as cancellation fee occurs.
